Working End & Fore-hearths

Our fore-hearths are designed and supplied with highly reliable components for smooth operation, and precise control along with best safety features at very competitive price. We supply heat-only or heat-cool fore-hearths as per customer requirement and customized to suit client budgets with best possible combinations.

Combustion and Control System

Our combustion system consists of combustion fans, pressure regulation skids, distribution skids fitted with all necessary valves and safety features. The skids are pre-assembled and tested before dispatch. Our control system consists of PLC and SCADA for accurate zone wise temperature control, heat cool provisions, smooth operation and set-up of jobs with temperature and status monitoring, trend charts, alarm logs and job histories, for automatic operation, monitoring and easy trouble shooting.

Erection and Commissioning
