We develop 3D modeling of entire furnace before releasing drawings to ensure the accuracy to avoid reworks and site adjustments. We offer both regenerative and recuperative furnaces with required choice of fuels like fuel oil, gas and also integrate proven alternative fuels. The combustion skids are robustly designed and manufactured from highly reliable components with all required operational and safety features. We supply furnace auxiliary equipment like batch chargers, reversal dampers and furnace pressure control dampers and also integrate third party equipment as per the client choice.

Control System

The furnace control system is supplied with full automation built-up of reliable components form reputed suppliers for precise control and best energy efficiency. The system is supplied with PLC and SCADA with all required options for controlling, monitoring and reporting.
