Batch Plants

We design, supply and commission complete batch plants on turnkey basis and provide complete support from civil engineering to commissioning of batch plant. Our batch plants are robustly designed for trouble free operations with reliable feeding, accurate dosing, weighing, mixing and transfer systems. We can suggest ideal location of batch plant based on the customer plant layouts and customize the batch plants based on the client specific requirement and budgets. Based on required capacity we select the silo sizing and raw-material feeding equipment, dosing, mixing and batch transport equipment to ensure smooth operation of batch plant. We integrate de-dusting systems wherever necessary as per the client requirement.

Control System

The batch plant control system is robustly designed with reliable weighing controllers, load cells, control components for weighing accuracy and efficient operations. The system is supplied with PLC and SCADA with all required options for controlling, monitoring and reporting.

Reliability is very important factor when it comes to accuracy and trouble-free operation of batch plants. Keeping in view the criticality, we carefully select weighing components, mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment which are thoroughly tested and proven for smooth operations.

Erection and Commissioning
