GLINDCO is excited to share that we have commissioned one more greenfield #glass #container project of our client SNJ India Glasses, a division of SNJ Distillers Pvt Ltd, located near Gummidipoondi, Chennai, India.
We have once again demonstrated our capability by commissioning the plant smoothly from the day one and successfully start of #production in NNPB process from the very beginning.
The glass was drained on 7th May and started production on 8th May 2025.
The plant has been set up with state-of-the-art equipment and the overall facility is established on a global standard with a furnace capacity of 230 TPD and 3 advanced forming lines equipped with NNPB capabilities.
The plant has been commissioned smoothly and started producing green color bottles using NNPB process successfully.
We deeply appreciate and congratulate our entire team for their invaluable efforts in seamless planning, engineering, integration and overall execution of the project.
GLINDCO has executed the greenfield glass project with total responsibility from the initial planning, sizing of the project, selection of technology and equipment, complete facility design, end to end engineering and BOM creation, floating enquiries, techno-commercial validation, providing negotiation and procurement support, equipment integration, supervision of erection and commissioning of the plant through turnkey EPCM contract.
