Explore sub-segment →INDUSTRY SEGMENT
Integrated flat-glass plants for architectural, automotive, solar and speciality applications.
CORE SECTOR INFORMATION
This segment combines float, solar PV, patterned, rolled and sheet-glass technologies. Float glass supports architectural, interior, automotive and processed-glass markets. Solar glass uses low-iron compositions, patterned surfaces and anti-reflective processing to improve module performance, while rolled and patterned products deliver privacy, light transmission and application-specific surface functions.
The plant concept must balance product specification, production volume, flexibility, energy, raw materials, quality systems, operating capability and the route to market. GLINDCO translates those connected requirements into a clear design basis and executable project plan.
