GLINDCO brings together wide sectoral experience, deep technical knowledge and practical experience in the design, operation and maintenance of glass manufacturing plants.

Our capabilities connect raw materials, batch chemistry, melting, conditioning, forming, annealing and glass quality with the engineering systems that enable a plant to perform. We understand how process choices affect product quality, energy consumption, equipment reliability, production stability and maintenance requirements—and use that understanding to guide both new projects and improvements to existing facilities.

For greenfield glass projects, GLINDCO integrates feasibility, technology selection, process definition, plant layout and multidisciplinary engineering with equipment, utilities and execution requirements. Process, mechanical, civil, electrical, instrumentation and automation disciplines are coordinated around a common design basis, with attention to plant interfaces, safe access, maintainability, implementation and long-term operating needs.

Our key equipment design and supply capabilities include batch plants, glass melting furnaces, working ends and forehearths, raw material and cullet processing systems, and combustion equipment. We align equipment specifications, materials of construction, controls and system interfaces with the glass type, production capacity and operating conditions of each project.

Our involvement continues through installation support, commissioning, production stabilisation and operator training. Practical operating and maintenance knowledge helps bridge the transition from an engineered facility to a working plant, including process settings, equipment readiness, troubleshooting, maintenance planning and operating procedures.

For operating plants, GLINDCO provides technical and operational support to investigate glass defects, improve energy performance and productivity, address reliability issues and plan modifications or rebuilds. From a specific process concern to an integrated plant requirement, we bring the relevant disciplines together to help clients make sound decisions and achieve dependable performance.
