SAND PROCESSING SYSTEMS

Sand Processing Systems
Engineered as a Complete System.

GLINDCO configures processing systems according to incoming material quality and the finished-glass requirement. Solutions can cover sand drying and classification, cullet crushing and screening, metal removal, optical sorting, washing and beneficiation, together with dust, water and residue management.

Each system is developed from the actual plant duty, production objective, available utilities, operating philosophy, site conditions and maintenance strategy. GLINDCO coordinates component selection, layouts, interfaces, controls, installation requirements and commissioning so the equipment performs as part of one integrated glass plant.
