SAND PROCESSING SYSTEMS
GLINDCO configures processing systems according to incoming material quality and the finished-glass requirement. Solutions can cover sand drying and classification, cullet crushing and screening, metal removal, optical sorting, washing and beneficiation, together with dust, water and residue management.
Each system is developed from the actual plant duty, production objective, available utilities, operating philosophy, site conditions and maintenance strategy. GLINDCO coordinates component selection, layouts, interfaces, controls, installation requirements and commissioning so the equipment performs as part of one integrated glass plant.

KEY FEATURES
COMPONENTS & DESIGN BASIS

Dry or wet screening and washing stages are configured around the incoming sand condition and required finished quality.

Classifiers and dewatering screens separate the required particle range and reduce moisture before the drying stage.

A suitable sand dryer and associated auxiliaries are selected for consistent finished moisture and dependable operation.

Plant arrangement, equipment interfaces and civil-design requirements are developed for the selected 10, 20 or 50 tonnes-per-hour process configuration.

Operators and maintenance teams receive practical guidance on screening, washing, classification, dewatering, drying, routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
