GLASS MELTING FURNACES
GLINDCO designs regenerative, recuperative, electric and hybrid glass-melting furnaces for different products, capacities and operating requirements. Each furnace is modelled and evaluated before deployment to improve design accuracy and energy performance. Tier-one combustion, control and auxiliary-equipment components are integrated for dependable operation and maintainability. Applications include container, cosmetic, float, solar, patterned, tubing, borosilicate vial, pressed ware, speciality glass, sodium silicate and glass frit production.

Regenerative and recuperative furnace solutions are developed for the required capacity and fuel choice, including fuel oil, gas and proven alternative fuels. Complete 3D modelling is carried out before drawings are released to improve accuracy and minimise rework or site adjustments.
Fully automated furnace controls use reliable components from reputed suppliers for precise operation and improved energy efficiency. PLC and SCADA systems provide the required control, monitoring and reporting functions.
